A cancer drug that blocked one of the enzymes whose loss makes children grow unusually large.
An EZH2 inhibitor. It held accelerated FDA approval from 2020 for EZH2-mutant relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma, and for metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma from age 16. It was the only drug against any of the three overgrowth-syndrome methyltransferases.
Risks. It was pulled from every market in March 2026 because patients taking it developed blood cancers.
