Cancel or withdraw

Cancel

A subscription renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime and Bitcoin payments don't renew.

Sign in to cancel

Card subscriptions can also be cancelled in your Link account at link.com, or by emailing growtallest.com@gmail.com from the address on your account.

Withdraw (EU and UK)

Card purchases are sold and charged by Link (Stripe). Under Link's terms, consumers in the EU and the UK can cancel a card purchase within 14 days of getting access and get a refund: ask Link for one, giving "cooling off period" as the reason, or email us and we'll arrange it.

Bitcoin purchases are sold by us. If you ticked the box asking for access to start straight away, you can withdraw until your access starts and we email your receipt confirming it. If you didn't tick it, or no receipt reached you, you can withdraw within 14 days of paying. Sign in to see an order you can still withdraw from, or email growtallest.com@gmail.com.

Ticking the box gives up the right for the library only. In the EU and the UK you can still cancel the Discord, Telegram, article requests and tracker within 14 days of paying: email us, and we'll end them and send back the part of the price that covers them, less the days you had them.
