These terms govern your use of growtallest.com, operated by GROW TALLEST, based in Singapore. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

GrowTallest is a paid subscription library of articles about factors that affect human height and growth — genetics, nutrition, sleep, hormones, posture, and related topics.

Not medical advice

Content on GrowTallest is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Talk to a doctor before making decisions about your health, especially around hormones, supplements, or anything involving a child's growth or development.

We do not claim that skeletal height can be increased once growth plates have fused. Where we discuss posture, we're describing recovery of height masked by slouching or spinal compression — not new skeletal growth.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use — please don't share your login.

Subscriptions & billing

We offer monthly, 3-month and 6-month subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price for your plan. We'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.

You can also pay in Bitcoin. A Bitcoin payment is a single payment and never renews: a 1, 3 or 6-month plan gives you access for that long from when the payment is confirmed, and paying again adds more time. The amount in bitcoin is held for 30 minutes. A payment that arrives later is valued at the exchange rate when we check it. Access starts once the payment has one confirmation on the Bitcoin network. If less than the amount shown arrives, access starts once the rest does. Bitcoin payments can't be reversed, so check the amount and address before you send.

Lifetime access is a single payment with no renewal. It gives you access to the article library for as long as we run the site, and it does not expire on a date. If we ever stop running GrowTallest, lifetime access ends with it.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Content is for your personal use. Please don't scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute it, or attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall.

Intellectual property

Articles and other content on GrowTallest belong to us or our licensors. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read them — not ownership or a right to redistribute them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including sharing accounts or abusing the service. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
