Community rules

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These rules apply in our Discord server and in every GrowTallest Telegram group.

• No selling, buying, sourcing or promoting drugs or other substances: no vendor names, links, prices, codes, group buys, or offers by message.
• No dosing advice and no medical advice: no doses, cycles, stacks or protocols, and don't tell anyone to take anything. Nothing posted here is medical advice.
• No harassment, threats or hate. Don't share anyone's personal details, photos or messages without their consent.
• No sexual content, and nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, ever.
• No spam, scams or advertising.

We remove posts that break these rules, and remove or ban the people who post them. You're responsible for what you post.

Reporting a post

Use Discord's or Telegram's report button, tell a moderator in the server or the group, or email growtallest.com@gmail.com with "Report" in the subject and a link to the post.

Article requests in #coaching

Lifetime members request articles in #coaching, and we add them to the library for every member. Every lifetime member can read that channel, so post nothing private there. Articles are general and educational: not one-to-one advice, and not medical or drug advice.

Members also agree to our terms. How we handle your data in the community is in the privacy policy.
