A leukaemia tablet approved only in Japan, related to vitamin A.
A synthetic retinobenzoic acid that preferentially activates the retinoic acid receptor alpha, chemically more stable than all-trans retinoic acid and more potent at inducing differentiation in promyelocytic cells.
