Food or supplementMeasured in people, not heightBy mouthNutrient
A compound found in wheat germ and aged cheese, sold as a supplement that switches on the cell’s clean-up system.
A polyamine present in wheat germ, soy and aged cheese, sold as a wheat-germ extract. It induces autophagy by inhibiting the acetyltransferase EP300.
