A form of vitamin B3, and the raw material the body uses to make NAD⁺.
Vitamin B3 amide, an essential nutrient and the direct precursor NAMPT uses to make NMN. It is the cheapest entry to this pathway and the most widely consumed.
Risks. Widely eaten and well tolerated, including in a long trial in children, though that trial never measured growth.
