A drug injected into an arthritic knee that turns the Wnt pathway down a little, by blocking two enzymes rather than the pathway itself. Not approved anywhere.

An inhibitor of two kinases, CLK2 and DYRK1A, which changes how Wnt pathway components are spliced and produces a moderate reduction in signalling without acting on β-catenin directly. Injected into the knee joint, developed for osteoarthritis, and not approved anywhere.

Osteoarthritis Cartilage, 2019

Risks. Side effects were much like placebo. The early trial had one serious event, a racing heart, and injecting anything into a joint carries a risk of infection on its own.
