A reworked version of kartogenin, and the only one given to people. Its recipe has never been published.
The kartogenin analogue taken into people, reworked for potency and stability. Its structure has not been published. It is often written as KA3475, which is not a compound name: the figure is a reference number that ran into the name when a review was copied out of its typesetting.
Risks. Well tolerated in its one trial, with a single serious event. But the compound it is derived from breaks down into a known human carcinogen, and nobody has published whether this one does too.
