Lipid drugs that act as PPAR-α agonists. CHD9, the chromatin remodeller that sits on the RUNX2 promoter, was isolated as PRIC320 from a ciprofibrate-binding protein complex in liver nuclear extracts, and functions as a PPAR-α coactivator.
