Cells and tissue onlyNot measured in peopleResearch onlyPeptide

A peptide copying part of a receptor, which switches that receptor on without needing the natural signal. A research compound only.

A peptide copying a stretch of the BMP type Ia receptor around residues 466 to 469, which displaces casein kinase 2 from it and so switches on BMP signalling without any BMP ligand present. An academic research peptide with no company, no approval and no registered trial.
